Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays and Tuesdays (when the shop is closed) will be processed the next business day.

We do our best to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible! If you have an urgent need to match the hatch or have questions about shipping and pickup options, please contact us at john@tailwatersflyco.com or call the shop at 423.440.0591. 

Domestic Shipping We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. There may be additional shipping charges for oversized or heavy items.

Economy shipping is offered via USPS, starting at $6.99 (based on the total weight/size of your order).

Free Economy shipping is available on domestic orders over $75.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

In-Store Pickup Local pickup is available at our shop in Bluff City, TN. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally.
