Fly Tying 201 Class: Key Flies for the South Holston and Watauga

Join us for a Fly Tying 201 Class on Wednesday evening, November 19, 2025!
The class will be held at Tailwaters Fly Company from 5:30pm to 8:00pm and will include pizza dinner from Paisley's Pizzeria here in Bluff City.
John will go over how to tie several key patterns for the South Holston and Watauga Rivers. Attendees will learn:
- How to tie select Nymphs
- How to tie select Dries
- Rigging and Presentation techniques for these patterns
- Hook Selection
- Key Materials & Material Selection
Attendees should plan on bringing their own tying tools (vise, bobbin, scissors, etc.) All tying materials will be provided. Space is limited!
